Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and hair bundles, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

- The hair must be in its original packaging.

- The plastic security tags/bands must remain attached and must not be removed, broken, tampered with, or cut.

- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any hair bundles where the security tags have been removed or the packaging has been opened or damaged.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you accidentally order the wrong item, length, texture, or quantity, you will need to place a new order for the correct item and return the original order to us in accordance with our returns policy.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued for the original purchase.

Return Timeframe

Any return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. We will investigate the matter and work with you to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
